made plant extract in two solvent methanol and n-hexane and then i had evaporated the solvent so can i dissolve both the extract in DMSO?

I have to carry out an enzyme assay. I had evaporated the plant extracts solvent in petri plate and know the components are stick to the plates. So now i want to make a fix concentration extract. So will it be fine if i will dissolve both the extract of hexane and methanol into DMSO.

I can't answer your question but point out that it's not clear where the enzyme come into the study and what medium it should operate in
