Could anyone suggest me which bands of Landsat 8, have to stack for water bodies extraction? I have tried with 564, 764 bands and done Iso cluster unsupervised classification in ArcGIS but I could not get.

You could better visualize water bodies and other land surface features if you use the combination of bands 753 for Landsat 8.

Good suggestions so far, using water indices and band combinations. I will suggest another method and you can choose whichever method best meets your research objectives.
With all or most of the Landsat 8 scenes USGS has started providing 'pixel_qa' band which is a Higher-Level Data Quality Assessment Product that helps in identification of cloud, cloud shadow, snow, and water. This product can be ordered for free using the ESPA Interface. In order to extract the values of the pixel_qa band for water, you can use a freely available ArcGIS toolbox. In addition to the links, I've also attached a screenshot of an example results.

I propose use band 5 NIR and use contour overlay in ENVI to separate low near zero values as water.
