Anyone guide me to excute EXSIM12 strong motion simulation program?

Good morning to all,

I am doing simulation of strong motion data using EXSIM12 program. As per stochastic simulation methodology I have collected source, path and site parameters of a particular earthquake which have to give as an input parameters in the program. Apart these, there are other inputs in the parameter file in a shortcut form (ex: tpadl, tpadt, delta t, r_ref, nseg etc.. ) which I could not understand. I did not get any reference file also.

Please see the attached input parameter file.

Could anyone guide me on this.
