Can I get soil or bedrock depth values of the NW Himalayas?

Dear all, hope you all are doing will.

I need soil or bedrock depth values of major towns in the Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh states (NW Himalayas). Is it possible to get? Could someone suggest me at lease average soil depth of the NW Himalaya?
