How to prepare .LTC file from attenuation relation for logic tree in the CRISIS2015 software?

I would like to use logic tree approach for PSHA estimation. There are different types attenuation relations are for selected regions. Could anyone suggest how I can prepare .LTC file from the selected equation which I have to gives as input in the CRISIS software.
