Is there any database or tool where I can retrieve list of proteins detectable by immune histochemistry (IHC)?
Human protein atlas

In theory you can detect any protein by IHC if you have a working and specific antibody. Proteins that are secreted from the cell are very hard or impossible to detect. Here you would use RNAhybridisation to sudy at least gene expression.
Some scientists use nano nitrogen and some use nano urea, even though the process used the same for preparation. So, which is true nano nitrogen or nano urea?
