I know Differential Pulse Voltametry is using to measure LOD value. But I do not know how to measure the Lowest Detection Limit of a sensor in Electrochemical sensing. Please reply. Thanks.
The limit of detection (LOD) corresponds to the lowest concentration of analyze that could be detected from your electrochemical sensor system with a signal sufficiently separated from the background noise. Generally it is at least a signal three times bigger than the noise or outside of the error range of your control.
I would also suggest to look at this article Article Limit of Blank, Limit of Detection and Limit of Quantitation
