I might not be able to answer all your questions, but I'd like to share my literature review experience regarding factors. While conducting the review, I primarily utilized thematic analysis and closely examined the factors mentioned in previous literature. By doing so, I was able to identify a research gap in this area. To aid my analysis, I used the software Atlas.ti, which helped me extract relevant data into a table format.
Meanwhile for EFA, I do not have experience in using SmartPLS. Normally I use SPSS to examine the EFA. It is also possible to use jamovi, and you can get the same result. Recently, Jamovi has been widely used for statistical analysis. So, you can refer to other related articles to prove the validity and reliability of the software.
