Hi everyone,

I'll be receiving Lx-2 cell for my PhD experimental work, I need to find out how to expand my cells and make stock of it so that i can use it in future.

How to expand my cells so that i don't have to borrow it again?

How to store the stocks?

What should be the cell number/ml of freezing media?

What is the status of the cell surface marker upon cryopreservation?

Number of passage cells can undergo without affecting the cell surface markers?
