I like the question. I would say there is but only in a qualitative manner. In this sense, when you work out the product or the substrate there is a relation between the kind of enzyme (the quantity might depend on the enzyme, but not a linear relation, there might be more), the substrate and a balance on the enzyme conditions. I might need to work if there is arelation such as a formula. There might be qualitative way, but assuming saturation. I would like to think the question too. I wish I could be more clear. Do you have a set of data? Maybe it could be better or easier to work out.
