As researchers, we hope that some of our students and trainees will hopefully choose to continue into the research track in their future careers.
I think that one of encouragements is to guide them into joining a research virtual society like Research Gate.
What do you think and suggest?
we can introduce this site to the people by make used from the social media like Facebook and explain for them the benefits behind using it and what it contains and how to use it

I think the new generation is more into Twitter than Facebook?
I advise you to put your own references on your page in research gate and guide them to download
