How to do sem on BN-SiO2 composite?

I have been trying to do sem and EBSd on BN silica composite. I can't do coating for EBSd analysis. Even in GB mode , sample shows stretching. Please suggest what to do.

If there is any specific sample preparation required, please suggest.
