It would be also interesting which approach (Pre/Postembedding?) you intend.
Matter isn't really easy, I guess
Just to define for the non-specialist (like me):
DOPC=dioleylphosphatidylcholine
DMPC=dimiristoylphosphatidylcholine
It seems that there is not much specific literature about / using Immuno-TEM of/on
phosphatidylcholine itself.
Also no specific TEM-Immunoloc. literature in my own files on such.

Thank you very much for the answer, I will check the links that you suggested.
The materials are dioleylphosphatidylcholine and dimiristoylphosphatidylcholine like you said. After I did some research, I decided to use phosphatidylserin (PS) instead of phosphatidylcholine, because I can label it by using Annexin V that has strong affinity to PS.
Maybe I need to change this question by asking about lipids labeling for TEM and not specific lipids labeling. I need to find a way to label lipids by connecting gold nano particles to it (in some way). First, I think I know how to do that with PS, but if there is some way to label any other lipids, it will be great for my research.
