I have created the database of the pdb structures.
My web server is Linux based PHP/MYSQL based
But want to display the PDB file in the browser... please let me know the right way or sample code for the same

download Jmol from the link given and unzip the content folder to your localhost folder.
now put the following javascript into your html code where you want to show PDB file in Jmol.
you can find many tutorials for Jmol on internet and change the way to view the protein structure.

Hi i've also tried with the above given code by keeping it in the html code and i've also provided the necessary jmol files,what i was getting is nothing but a blank page can u please give me suggestions regarding it.
