It is known that PNIPAAM has an LCST at ~32 centidegrees in aqueous solution. However, as the concentration get higher and the molecular weight get lower, the LCST will be get lower. When dialysing PNIPAAM at room temperature, it will be phase-separated easily. So, how do you avoid this "LCST" problem when dialyse PNIPAAM in aqueous solution? Thanks.
