I am working on a project to enhance the solubility of a drug that is insoluble in water. I am uncertain on how to develop the dissolution test; I would like to use phosphate buffer as dissolution medium, but the drug is not soluble in this buffer.
Drug Protein binding can serve as a reservoir of drug in complex form with protein. Is it work like sustained release?
