My recent mouse model found a hematological tumor, but the onset of mice is fast and there are few blood stem progenitor cells. It is difficult to judge tumor cells with a second transplant. Is there any way to easily prove the source of tumor cells?

I'm not sure whether I understood your question but through the use of a flow cytometer, CD molecules can be identified and help categorize the cells. This may assist in tracking back to the origin of the differentiated cells.
