I have synthesized amino terminated polymer using free radical polymerization.I couldn't see end group signal clearly in NMR as it was merging with the polymer signal ,showing broad peak in H1NMR.I wanted to determine the % of end amino groups present in my sample.Can anyone suggest me methods for amino end group analysis of polymers(other than NMR method).

Normally, sanger reagent can be useful , but ı think titration method is the best way...
The amount of amine groups in a polymer can be determined as number of milligram of aqueous (HCl) required to neutralize the base in (1g) of polymer sample. It is determined by dissolving an accurate weight of polymer in distilled water solution and titrate it with (0.1N) of aqueous (HCl) using suitable acid-base indicator.
