I would like to determinate the phosphatidylcholine content in cow milk. We only have a Shimadzu Prominence HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) with a fluorescent detector for the experiment.
If someone by any chance is familiar with this, could give me a detailed sample preparation method for this determination? Or any kind of help, that would be much appreciated. I already searched through every article I came by, but they're for a different device.
