I'm wondering if there are "classical" bacterial outer membrane vesicles markers similar to tetraspanins (CD9/CD63/CD81) used for human/animal cell exosomes that could be detected by WB or ELISA or similar.

OmpA and Lpp seem viable options, but might bias the bacterial species whose OMVs are detected. Peptidoglycan or LPS are more "general", but obviously their detection is not necessary OMV-associated.

Is there something better?
