How to deplete serum or plasma from a specific apolipoprotein?

Dear all,

I need to deplete my serum/plasma from apolipoprotein E (apoE) and I have to be sure that my serum can still be used (sterile, in possible, and not altered).

I also need to be sure that apoE is separated by any vesicle/exosome/LDL particle present in the serum.

Any suggestions?
