I am trying to detect a biomolecule and intend to minimize interfering albumin. kindly guide me if I can use any salt to denature or precipitate albumin. I tried simply mixing albumin with 75% saturated ammonium sulphate solution but it did not denature the albumin completely.
What kind of biomolecule is that? Is it a protein or some LMW compound?
You are probably interested mainly in removal of the albumin, not necessarily precipitation, right? In that case, chromatography on Affi Blue Gel would be handy.

If you want to denature the albumin, you can heat it, add some heavy metals, strong acids (e.g. TCA or TFA, something like 0.1-1% should be sufficient) or organic solvents (acetonitril). However, all of these will probably precipitate your protein as well (although they may not, you'd need to try).
If you're interested in LMW compound, another options are dialysis, ultrafiltration or gel filtration. Dialysis will dilute your LMW compound (and you will not get 100%), with ultrafiltration, you will also get less than 100%; for gel filtration you need a chromatography system.

In that case you must use some mild method. The blue gel chromatography could work well, unless your protein binds adenosine cofactors (ATP, NAD, FAD).
Unless it has distinctly different molecular mass than the albumin, neither of the "filtration" methods will work.
The best option would be probably some kind of chromatography, depending on your protein and on the amount you want to purify.
