How to find the pKa of the new molecule?

Dear Shrikant,

The pKa value can be determine by potentiometry, with simple acid base titration method. It is always suggestible that the mobile phase pH should be in relevant to pKa value ( i.e. pKa ± 1.5) of the analyte to achieve better chromatgraphic conditions.
