(1) I shun negative vibes like plague, (2) I turn negative energy into strength--just like eagle turns harsh winds to fly higher, (3) emit a lot of positive energy myself; after all what goes around comes around.
In the infinite vastness of the universe , we may sometimes feel despondent and find our lives to be mere instants of absurdity. Factors like death, bankruptcy, unexpected diseases, job failures ,etc. are evident facts which can make life absurd. In order to blow hope and happiness into such seemingly meaningless life, we should muster a positive attitude and strive towards our goals with respect and dignity. To fulfill such a mission, we need to be so strong that nothing can disturb our peace of mind. We need to talk about good things like health, happiness, and prosperity to the people we meet everyday. We need to look at the sunny side of life and look towards future with rational optimism.
I agree with Nazia Asad , because there is positive and negative energy surrounding us, The kind of magnet we are, same kind of energy will stick to us.
Where and how you focus your attention determines your emotional state. When you zero in on the problems you’re facing, you create and prolong negative emotions and stress. When you shift your focus toward actions that can improve your circumstances, you create a sense of self-efficacy that yields positive emotions and reduces stress.
Avoid the person who is generating negative energy and to spent more time with family members. Whenever you have spare time, read good books that keeps your mind free or keep yourself motivatrd and engaged in activities which you feel good.
