I'm using the AbNova FISH probe for YES1 oncogene amplification (Catalog number FG0035) in H1975 cells. Since cell recovery prior to teh immunoFISH is perfomed in an eppendorf tube, I wouldn't like to transfer the cells to a slide to prevent cell loss.

The obstacle I'm finding is the viscosity of the probe; it's a ready-to-use probe which can't be easily pipetted, getting stuck in the pipette tip.

I already tried diluting it in hybridisations buffer to cope with the viscosity, but the concentration drops and the signal can't be detected.

If anyone has had experiencie with this probe (AbNova FISH probe for YES1 oncogene amplification (Catalog number FG0035)) or any other high-viscosity probe, I would appreciate your sharing.

Thanks in advance
