Hi everybody. We have cloned a full length cDNA (with 41 bp 5'UTR and 60 bp 3' UTR) for a gene in barley and also we have cloned the genomic fragment for that gene. we want to produce a figure for the gene structure, any help??

You can also use softwares like 'CorelDraw' or 'Adobe illutrator' for such applications. In fact I use them for generating line diagrams out of sequence information....they definitely require more intervention from the user..but also gives a lot of flexibility in labelling and highlighting important feactures of your figure...
