I would like to convert the amount of IFN-gamma that I got from IGRA test. The IGRA test show the unit as IU/mL. Is it possible to change the unit? If this possible. What is the factor that commonly used to convert the IU/mL to pg/mL unit. In the other hand, the other calculation method also needed as well.

Thank for your help but this file didn't contain the expected compound that I'd like to convert. The compound that I'd like to do that is Interferon gamma (IFN-g). Are you have any other idea about this compound?.
No, I'm sorry. I don't have an idea about IFN gamma, but probably you can use the pdf file as a guideline to convert the units
