How to convert saturate paste extract electrical conductivity into pore water/fluid electrical conductivity?

I want to convert saturate paste extract electrical conductivity (measured in the laboratory) to pore water/fluid electrical conductivity.

I collected soil samples and data in the field, including volumetric water contents (at the time of sampling) and bulk density. I'm looking for an equation or model to do it.
