I have a docking results of one protein and one ligand in .maegz format. I need to visualise this result in discovery studio visualiser. But DS visualizer doesn't support .maegz format. So how to convert into PDB format??

Using Maestro from Schrodinger, export the file by choosing the extension pdb from "Files of tipe:"
When i select both ligand and protein structures and try to export in PDB format, I am getting the following error
"Warning: Selected format cannot handle multiple entries"
Ok, export then as mol.2, both Maestro and Discovery Studio Visualizer support this format.
Ive exported both protein and ligand into PDB format (separately). The I imported protein to DS visualize. Then ligand was imported using " Insert from--- File".
If there are more ligands it is counterproductive to make such an individual work, mol2 format solve this problem.
Go to the 'project table' (CTRL+T) and select both the protein and the ligand. If you right click you will get an option to"merge" the structures. You need to save the merged structures in PDB format.
