We are going to perform Lys-C digestion of proteins for proteomics experiments.

The Lys-C comes in 2 AU format, but we are not familiarize with this Unit format.

Conveniently, we usually prepare (e.g. 1 μg/μL Lys-C) and we add to the proteins (e.g. 200 microgram) according to a well-defined Lys-C/protein ratio (e.g. 1:50 wt/wt).

All in all, may we know how to convert between AU and Lys-C/protein ratio?
