Hello,

I have isolated proteins from ovarian tissue, however, the concentration is low. I wanted to know if there are ways to concentrate from 500 or 400 microL proteins to smaller amount? The proteins are isolated with RIPA.

My lab does not have speedvac but I was also thinking if a simple evaporation could work? Also, in this way RIPA components get more concentrated, could that interfere with WesterBlot?
