Hi Rajesh Pal , thanks for your reply but it doesn't work because of the facet function. Facet only allows stat_compare function to compare means of the groups present in the same facet not in different facet. Therefore, I have to find a way to rearrange the x axis or to compare different groups in different facets.

I have solved the problem in a long way. I have created another column to name the sub-groups. Here is my code for the followers of the question:
