I have prepared 1% nitrocellulose in methanol (w/v) and spot the solution on borosilicate glass slides. The nitrocellulose was peeled off easily, no longer attaching the glass after air drying of methanol.
Hi Yamfung, first treat the borosilicate glass with 0.1% aminosilanes in MeOH and let it dry.
Add the Nitrocellulose in MeOH and let it dry.
After that, It won't go anywhere unless it is scraped off.
