How to calculate ul/l C2H4 in per gram Soil?

Hello, I need to calculate ul/l C2H4 in per gram soil. For instance, I got 7.098ul/l C2H4 in 1040mL jar at 250g of Soil. How to calculate this C2H4 in per gram soil.
