How to calculate theoritical methane yield from untimate analysis?

Hi,

I have C%, O%, N%, S% and H% from ultimate analysis. How to substitute these values in Buswell equation for c,o,n,s and h? Should I directly apply the percentage, or should I convert to moles with its molecular weight? Thanks in advance.
