I have calculated percentage crystallinity using ( Ac/Ac+Am ) formula for the following curves. But I am getting crystallinity percentage more for the sample C in comparison to A. Am I wrong in my approach? Thank you in advance.

First you have to select the maximum peak intensity Ia, Ib and Ic for each of the sample A, B, C. Then apply the formula Ia'=Ia/Ia+Ic and Ic'=Ic/Ic+Ia
You will get your desired results.

Yes, you have to focused on only single highly intense peak comparatively.
integrate each diffractogram separately, it will give you an idea of change in crystallinity
% Crystallinity of the polymer can be calculated using XRD deconvolution method, where the amorphous and crystalline contributions to the diffraction spectrum were separated. Crystallinity can be calculated from the ratio of the integrated area of all crystalline peaks to the total integrated area under the XRD peaks.
% Crystallinity = Ic/(Ic+Ia) * 100
where, Ia and Ic are the integrated intensities corresponding to the amorphous and crystalline phases, respectively
