MIC of antibiotics cab be easily interpreted by using CLSI guidelines. For this you have to use Estrips Or antibiotic discs commercially available in the market. Take a MHA or agar plate and lawn culture the desired organism. Then place either the EStrips Or discs on the agar plate and incubate overnight at 37degree celsius. Read the plates next days for zone of inhibition. CLSI has different cut off values for various organisms. You have to measure the zone of your plate and compare it with the standard chart provided in the document. This will give you MIC values of the desired organism growth.

HiComb MIC test is a rapid method for detection the MIC,you can use this method.Each strip consist of extensions carrying antibiotics discs and it belong to one antibiotic, the MIC values are fixed on the arm. After incubation if inhibition zone is found the MIC can be read in microgram /ml.

You can evaluate the MIC value using broth dilution method with 96-well plate. The recommended final inoculum size is 5 x 10^-5 CFU/ml.

It depends on the microorganism and the antibiotic you are using. There is guidelines to follow. But to be honest, as a non specialist, I do not think that you results will be dependable. It is preferable to look for a microbiology lab to make it for you.
