I would like calculate the dissolution efficiency (DE) and mean dissolution time (MDT) based on data obtained from in-vitro, comparative dissolution and calculations of f1 (difference) and f2 (similarity) factors. Actually, I know the equation of DE, but don't know how to apply for. Any help, please?

I regret to inform you that the formula for f2 in the attached excel file by Yhors Ciro is incorrect. There is no option in the formula for the number of time points.
