how to calculate the capacitance of an RF MEMS switch when it is in the down-state? in fact after the PULL-IN voltage the FEM model hasn't solution anymore. how to solve this problem?
If you have found the pull-in voltage, then perform the parametric simulation with a range of voltage. This should produce two graphs; 1) Disp Vs Voltage and 2) total Capacitance Vs Disp. Hope this answers your question.
