Problem
How to calculate steam consumption for an equipment that has a mixture of various inlet material?
What this vessel do?
1.This vessel control pH of A material by adding material B
2.The temperature of the vessel is maintained by using ratio controller
3.The controller is located on line PW and steam
4.The temperature of the vessel is 30 degree c.

What this vessel has?
1.The flow inlet for A is 70 m3/hr
2.A is coming from another vessel that does not has temperature gauge. Since this line does not has the temperature indicator, I assume the temperature inlet A is 50 degree Celsius by manually check using temperature probe
3.Material B line has flow meter. This flow meter is about 80 m3/hr. Unfortunately there is no temperature indicator. I use temperature probe to check and it has the temperature about 30 degree C.
4.PW line has flow meter which is about 1 m3/hr with the ambient temperature.

I already calculate the steam consumption but I think my result is too big. I really appreciate any opinions and idea.
