I tried with Match! Is there any software which is better or manually I can get better result? Is there any conditions on peak positions or peak intensities which should be considered
well, to know acurately the percentage composition of sample phases ( more or equal to two phases), in my opinion, it is better to use Rietveld method (you can find elsewhere from free or commercial stuffs in internet). However, you have to prepare first qualitative analysis due to identification your sample phases. Then you find all the data needed to rietveld program such cell parameters, coordinates, and others ( obtained from ICSD via googles or etc.). Then follow the command to run that program. I hope this will be helpful.
I suggest you to use Match Software for Window. Directly, the software can directly help you to determine the percent composition of phases containing in your sample.
Thank You I Putu Indrayana. But in my case the problem is it contains large number of closely spaced peaks. Match gives a lot many options and its bit difficult to specify. In expert level too its difficult for me to get it correctly.
