what does the peak observed in ZFC and FC imply? how does it related to spin glass transition? How to confirm the same? Can anyone please suggest me.

The difference is not really reveals the glassy magnetism. There are some other methods and measurements for concluding the presence of spin glass. However in case of bifurcation and merging of these two depends on how much field is applied. One more important fact is to confirm that whether or not this bifurcation is really related to glass phase or it is only due to anisotropy present in the system.
Please read the paper of joy et al. entitled "the relationship between field cooled and zero field cooled magnetization...". I hope it will be helpful for you.

Zero field cooled (ZFC) means that the sample was cooled without any applied magn field. Thus, its magnetization or static susceptibility shows a peak at the transition temperature. This process is , generally reversibke, for ordering systems (ferro, antiferro,...).
Howover, for spin glass systems, the ZFC suscpetibility shows a large peak at Tsg, and when the sample is cooled under the same field (Field Cooled FC), the static susceptibility curve is not reversible ; it shows a plateau or a step because of a quenched part of magnetic moments under the field.
XAC (alternative with frequency f) susceptibility measurments can provide more informations about the spin glass state : X' (real part) an nd X''(imaginary or dissipative part). Theire dependence on frequency (f) leads to information on the relaxation process (Arrhenius law)....
