How to calculate oxygen solubility in cell culture media?

I am now working on cell culture bioreator characterization, inlcuding mass transfer (O2 and CO2) and mixing studies. Once I have the volumetric mass transfer coefficinet (kLa) data, I want to calculate the oxygen uptake rate (OUR) during cell culture process if an oxygen equilibrium is achieved based on the euqation (OUR=OTR=kLa(C*-C)). But how to calculate sarturated oxygen concentration (C*) and real oxygen concentration (C) is a big problem for me.

You can approximate the O2 concentration at air saturation by consulting a gas solubility table (attached) showing the O2 solubility at a given temperature and salinity. The actual O2 concentration can be measured directly using an O2 probe or meter.
