How to calculate N/P ratio for plasmid DNA/branched PEI complex?

I need to prepare plasmid DNA polyplex with branched PEI, with different N/P ratio. My plasmid is around 6kb. How do I calculate the N/P ratios, the amount of plasmid DNA and the amount of bPEI to be added for a particular N/P ratio?
