The idea behind the question is to transform blank signal into a concentration in order to compare blanks from different plates. Indeed, when I generated my standard curve by taking in to account blanks signal, some of my blanks still have signal lower than the best-fit and can't be measured.

I have managed to associate a concentration to blanks when I assigned a fixed low value to the minimum asymptote parameter. By doing so it artificially changes the back calculated concentration of the standard and samples, which is not what we want.
