The idea behind the question is to transform blank signal into a concentration in order to compare blanks from different plates. Indeed, when I generated my standard curve by taking in to account blanks signal, some of my blanks still have signal lower than the best-fit and can't be measured.
I have managed to associate a concentration to blanks when I assigned a fixed low value to the minimum asymptote parameter. By doing so it artificially changes the back calculated concentration of the standard and samples, which is not what we want.

Please try "Regression Forecasting Model" software bought from Business Spreadsheets, USA.
You can add the blank wells and divide to well number of all of blank addition and find the median of all wells of blank, and use to subsract the blank number to both sample or standart wells.
