You should have more concentrations for example 1x105, and 1x106, in additition to the previous concentrations, also at least three reps for each concentration. The bioassay results for each rep. concentration. These are required to calculate the LC50, but not LD50. You should know how to use the program.

After you have the data of the bioassay, you enter the data to the data sheet. Then you can apply the function of the program and check the chi square and the tables of the LC50.
