i have following question for inner filter effect

1.what is the exact formula for correction of Fobs in inner filter effect?

2. Aexc and Aemi are the absorbance of only drug solution or mixture of protein-drug solution ?

3. what should be the absorbance range means any abs value ? or the average value should be between 0.02-0.07 ?

4. if i did site marker experiment by fluorescence method then also i have to do innner filter effect to correct the fluo intensity ?
