How to calculate enough target molecules for SELEX?

My colleagues and I want to do SELEX on Lipoarabinomannan (LAM). It is a polysaccharide on the surface of the bacterium of some Mycobacteriaceae, in particular Mycobacterium tuberculosis. How to find enough LAM for SELEX? If you have calculated the amount of another target molecule, please share your experience. Thanks in advance!
