Has anyone used the Invitrogen™ PureLink™ PCR Purification Kit for the clean up of aptamers ?

I am using the SELEX process to develop an aptamer. Has anyone used the Invitrogen™ PureLink™ PCR Purification Kit as a clean up step? My aptamer sequence is 80bp and the buffers in this kit only bind to DNA product of up to 100bp? So I am not sure whether I should use this kit or not and whether it would work.
