I have novel molecules that possibly have biological activity. I made basic target prediction and docking for some of the target proteins. However, this will be my first experience to build up a new project and I am not sure how to continue and how to find my goal. We are a young group consists of some early career researchers (toxicologist, chemist, pharmacologist, biologist, microbiologist). We highly desire to plan every step and move on one by one. We have available funding. The question is if you were in our shoes, what you will do and where you will start?
